Squall 3 with Rainkoat™

The Squall 3 is light weight tarp made with Boundary Waters travel and camping in mind. The fabric has been treated with RainKoat™ which makes it hyper waterproof, fire retardant, and adds UV protection. The perimeter is reinforced with nylon webbing and features 24 integrated tie outs for configuring the tarp to suit any campsite. By using webbing instead of grommets we can avoid building inevitable weak spots into the tarp. Our tarps also feature a sewn in center ridgeline which negates the need to run a ridgeline rope. This makes for faster set up, and less wear and tear from friction between rope and tarp in the wind. A central lift loop and pole loop are available as optional additions. All our tarps come with a bag for storage.
